Giclee Print on Canvas

Printed locally in the beautiful Comox Valley on acid free museum quality canvas, hand wrapped with care, and UV clear coated to keep your colours vibrant for 150+ years.

Custom Framing

All custom wood frames are lovingly hand made from salvaged wood found locally in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Driftwood is gathered from beaches, dried and milled, and Red Cedar is hand picked from waste piles at a local Cedar mill.

The West Coast Story

Fishing for truth in a gambling sea, caught a dream fish on my line and it set me free. Sprinkled it with stars, and the tears from my eyes, seasoned it with love of the deepest kind. Laid it to rest in the campfire smoke, next to restless seas where big waves broke. With a meat made of medicine it showed me the way, through the firelight, next to Sitkas that swayed. I left the earth that day.

Inspired by a campfire jam at Middle Beach, Tofino, with my amigo German Ocampo Salazar. It was the middle of summer and we spent the evening roasting veggies on the fire and catching up with old friends as our notes mingled with the smoke and rose over burning skies.

I created this piece for the Pacific Board Art Show at the Land and Sea Brewery in Comox B.C. in the Summer of 2019. Started by local artists, it’s a project that turns used boards into beautiful art pieces, with 30% of sales going to local environmental charities.
